Outdoor Concert - Little Something

Bring your picnic blankets and lawn chairs and join us at the Complex for an outdoor performance by the local band Little Something.

Admission is $10 per car.

With a unique blend of modern Americana, contemporary folk and some light rock and country thrown in, Little Something will be putting on a great show for date night or bring along the whole family.

Who are Little Something?

Anna, Scott, David, & Tony.

The band was initially formed when Scott answered an ad that David had placed on Craigslist. Scott had been writing for quite awhile so the two started collaborating. "Scott and I had been talking about adding a female singer," says bass player David Mortimer. "I was driving home from rehearsal one night and it hit me. Anna! Our families had been friends for a long time and I had watched Anna sing at festivals and clubs that she was able to perform in. She was just 14 when she started setting in with a local band." It was a perfect fit. Anna and Scott share the singing. And their harmonies are something that sets this band apart. The drummer position was quite a challenge. David had contacted Tony for the position early on in the forming of the band. But Tony could not commit. Finally, a year later, David sent him a recording of Anna and Scott singing and he could not resist any longer. "Halfway though our first song for the audition, it was written," says David. "The three of us knew we had found our drummer." So it was complete. We could finally call ourselves official. Little Something was a band. The band started back in early 2014 But it was not until September 2015 that it came to rest with its final pieces of the puzzle. With a unique blend of modern Americana, contemporary folk and heartfelt lyrics. Throw in some light rock and fun country. Top it off with their tasty original songs and you have Little Something. Today's answer to the areas need for something different.
